Registered as such using the motor serial number as the frame/registration number.

Motorcycle was originally purchased in Arizona. Some together and lots in boxes. Engine had never been torn down. Exactly what I was looking for.

My intent, which I feel I succeeded at, was to build a truly reliable every-day rider with the modern features to make it run in today’s world. Disc brakes. All electronic, single fire ignition, belt primary. External oiling to the heads eliminating the super heating oil problems endemic in Panhead motors.

All machine work was done through FLO Headworks and all is top of the line.

Every inch rebuilt/reworked top to bottom in 2004-2006. Aproximately 8000 miles since build.
